Placing an order

We offer various delivery options and the cost of the delivery depends on the location, weight and size of ordered items and delivery service selected. The charge is calculated at checkout page once the address is keyed in.
We have made every effort to keep our offer as up to date as possible. If the goods are no longer available or if we identify a pricing mistake, we will send you a relevant email with the options available. Should none of the options be suitable for you, we will issue a full or partial refund (if you decide to proceed with part of your order).
We are not liable for any loss caused by delayed deliveries.
The standard lead time to produce and dispatch your order is 2-4 working days. If we are unable to dispatch your order on time, we will email you providing new planned date.
We offer various payment options to enable you to use the most convenient method of payment. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to take the payment over the phone. The payment methods currently offered are:
Our website is fully safe to use when making the payment. The card details are entered on the protected page. Once you are ready to place the order, the details verifying the validity of your payment is transferred using secure transfer protocol and are encrypted.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT. All prices are in pounds sterling. We accept no responsibility for any additional fees or exchange rates when paying using different currency.
Please note the order will be passed to production after the payment is received in full.
Any voucher codes can be redeemed only before your order is placed and are valid only during the period stated. We are unable to apply a voucher codes after the payment is received.
Only one voucher can be redeemed in a single transaction.
Ordering made to measure products
We make every effort possible to produce the goods in the sizes stipulated on the order. We customise our products to make sure they adhere to your stipulated measurements. Unfortunately due to the nature of the blinds, it is not always possible to make the blind to the exact sizes provided in the form. Please note, the tolerance limit for the width of the made to measure venetian blinds is 0.5 cm. The tolerance limits for the drop of the blinds are: 3 cm(25 mm binds) and 5cm(50 mm blinds). This reflects the tiers of the slats mounted on the ladders. Your blind shall not be shorter than the drop ordered. We strongly recommend visiting our Measuring Guide, where we explain the different fitting methods available and offer some useful guidance concerning the calculation of the sizes required.
Our aim is to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We usually dispatch all orders within 2 to 4 working days. Please note, this is just an estimate and it can vary from the final dispatch date.
We offer various delivery options to suit your needs. The total charge payable can be viewed at checkout.
We offer the delivery to UK and Ireland only.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
We recommend checking your order confirmation for any mistakes. Orders for made to measure goods can be cancelled or amended during the first 24 hours (cooling off period) from the time of making the payment.
Once the cooling off period has elapsed, the order is passed to production and because made to measure goods are manufactured to suit your requirements, it may not possible to cancel or make any amendments.
Any changes to your order need to be requested in writing. This can be done either by submitting the Contact us
form or by sending us an email to:
Under the Consumer Protection Act made to measure goods are non-returnable. We do not accept liability for wrongly measured blinds or inappropriate colour chosen.
Ready made products can be returned within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the order.
We do not accept the responsibility for any lost or damaged items which were returned to us.
We aim to process all refunds as soon as possible, however it may take up to 10 days from the date when the goods are received back for the money to be returned to your account.
We do not accept the responsibility for the costs of the returning the goods.
If you would like us to arrange the collection of unwanted items with our couriers, the standard collection fee applies, currently £17.62 (UK Mainland).
Faulty goods, guarantee
All our products come with 12 month warranty. Any faulty goods shall be collected at our cost. We shall attempt to repair any faults before sending out a replacement product.
Any issues with regards to manufacturing faults (i.e. incorrect size, slat size or blind finish etc.), quality problems or damage occurred during transit must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the order.
In the unfortunate event of us making an error, your order shall be collected and rectified as priority. However, no refunds can be offered as made to measure products are non-returnable.
We do not accept liability for any loss of profit or indirect losses. The maximum amount we are able to refund is the amount originally paid when placing order.
