Delivery Terms

Our lead times

  1. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Accordingly, we dispatch all orders asap. Please be aware however that lead times advertised on the website are indicative only. Deliveries around bank holidays may take longer than advertised.
  2. All orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days from the date when the full payment is received. If we are not able to deliver your order on time, we will inform you by email advising of a revised dispatch date.
  3. Blinds4me shall not be liable for any loss caused by delayed deliveries. If you plan to use a third party company to fit our products, we strongly recommend you book the service after the order is received and after you have checked for any defects.
  4. You can check the status of your order on the Order status page.
  5. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number which will enable you to track the consignment.
  6. We use UPS for all our domestic deliveries. Small items such as parts etc. are usually sent by post.

Delivery options

  1. Standard UK Mainland delivery is currently £7.95.
  2. Additional delivery options are available for your convenience.
  3. We offer the delivery to UK and Ireland. Please note the delivery to some areas might be more expensive.
  4. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. Unfortunately we are unable to specify the time of the delivery.
  5. The deliveries to UK Mainland are booked by us under next day delivery service. If you receive the notification by email advising that your order is dispatched, the parcel will be out for delivery on the next working day.
  6. Delivery on Saturday is also available for an additional charge. Please note, made to measure products are more time consuming to produce therefore orders placed on Thursday afternoon and Friday are likely to be delivered on Saturday a week later unless we agree to send your order earlier.
  7. If you would like your order to be delivered to a different address than the billing address, for example to your work or to your family or friend's address, this is also possible. Please remember to tick a box informing us of the different delivery address when placing your order.
  8. If you would like your order to be delivered on a specific day of the week, please let us know either by adding a note to your order, replying to the confirmation email or by calling us. Please allow at least 3 working days for the delivery. If your order is required earlier than that, please give us a call on 01527 757 997.
  9. If you would like to collect your order, please let us know and we will refund the delivery charge back to you.

Additional information

  1. The signature is required when receiving the delivery. If no one is available to accept the goods, a calling card will be left.
  2. The couriers will attempt a delivery a maximum of three times. If delivery is unsuccessful the consignment will be returned back to us. There is a charge for the re-delivery of the returned order. The re-charge is usually equal to the delivery charge originally paid.
  3. If you are not able to accept the delivery before the 3rd attempt, you can collect the goods from your local depot. The information of how to re-arrange for the delivery and the address of your nearest depot or will be provided on the calling card.
  4. When signing for the delivery, please check the packaging carefully for any damages. Any damages need to be reported to us within 3 working days from the date of the receipt of the goods.
