Cancellation, Returns, Refund Policies

Cancellations

  1. We strongly advise our customers to read the Measuring Guide and product descriptions before making a purchase and to carefully check the order confirmation. Orders for made to measure goods can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. This is known as the 'cooling off' period. The order will not be processed during this time unless the buyer asked us to supply the order sooner than our standard lead time and we agree to it.
  2. Customized products are made especially to your requirements and once the order has been started, it is not possible to cancel or amend it.
  3. Any cancellations or amendments need to be made in writing. This can be done either by the Contact Form or via email.

Returns of made to measure goods

  1. Under the Consumer Protection Act, customized products are non-refundable. These goods are made specifically to your preferences meaning we would not be able to re-sell it at its full retail price.
  2. We cannot take the responsibility for wrongly measured goods or the selection of an unsuitable finish. Should you need any help with taking the measurements, please do not hesitate to contact us. One of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

Returns of ready-made goods

  1. Ready made products can be returned within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the order.
  2. We do not accept the responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Refunds, discounts and other costs

  1. The refunds usually take a few working days, however we reserve the right to refund the money within 10 days from the date when the goods are received back.
  2. We do reserve the right to refuse to refund either the full or part of the amount paid if the product is not in its original condition and/or some of the parts are missing.
  3. We do not accept the responsibility for the costs of the returning the goods.
  4. If you would like us to arrange for the collection of unwanted items with our couriers, the standard collection fee applies. Unfortunately we are unable to determine one rate for all products. Please Contact us in order to receive the adequate quote.
